Princess
We got Princess when I was only 6, making her 15 in September. We grew up together and no matter what, she was always there for me.
Every night without fail, she would come cuddling right up next to me soaking up each other's warmth. She would lay her head in my hand and hold onto my arm to fall asleep. She would always be waiting for me after school/work in bed to join her. She always sat between my legs while I played video games or read a book. She loved to sit beside me at the kitchen table, watch me eat cereal, and wait until I gave her some milk.
She made cute little noises I wouldn't exactly call meows but it made her unique. Everyone loved her and she loved everyone too. Mostly the attention she got from them lol. She loved to be shaved during the summer as her coat was so thick and too hot for her. She LOVED her cat nip ball, pure entertainment for anyone around her. She was always the center of attention when people came over.
The hardest part about losing her is going to sleep without her or not having her be there when I get home. I always dreamt that she would be here with us forever and I would get to experience more of life with her. I hope she is happy napping up there with friends, having all the cat nip she can imagine and is no longer suffering or in pain.
Unfortunately, her time to cross the rainbow bridge came and it broke everyone's hearts.
We love and miss you so much, my girl.
Thank you for being the best friend a girl could ever ask for.
Mama loves you baby ❤️
