Casey

July 27, 2011 - November 10, 2023

Well Casey (12 years 9 months 4 weeks) the time has come to say good bye for now.  You were a very special dog; you were very gentle and a pleasure to have around.

You were a very caring girl. You cared about me and in return I cared about you. Really, we looked after each other.  When we were out walking, which you loved to do, you would be watching me and me watching you so we didn’t fall.  When you fell, I would help you up and then we continued on with our shorter walks that came with time. You never left my side.

You gave it a good fight.  With the Cushing’s disease and with your Arthritis.  You passed very quickly.  Your breathing became very soft and light then you were gone.  But I stayed with you to the end like I promised.  You are now with Cody.  He will look after you.

I love you and you will be greatly missed by your MOM and your friends.
