Sammy

Sammy was a part of our home for 18 wonderful years. A handsome,
independent, easy going cat, He never scratched the furniture, but he had
his favourite spots for napping or just sitting, and if you were on one of
them, he would give you "the Look".

He slept on the edge of my bed and
would wake me up on time in the morning. He had a few habits that could not
be broken, like licking the jam off my toast in the morning,  the minute my
back was turned. He'd sit on the window ledge and watch the birds and other
critters outside. He was not a lap cat, but if I had visitors, he would then
sit on my lap so that they knew I belonged to him.

We loved him and miss him
always.  Happy journey over the rainbow bridge, Sammy.
